Conferences, seminars and company meetings are a great
opportunity to get your whole team together to communicate plans and share ideas –
and for this you need the right setting.
We have a great choice of accommodation and meeting facilities available in the French Alps to suit groups of all sizes; ranging from our base - the Aravis Lodge – to other 3, 4 and 5* hotels in the surrounding villages. Alternatively you can stay down in Annecy itself – our nearest large town and a stunning location for a corporate weekend.
Great Locations near Geneva
Geneva has great flight links to many global destinations (with many direct flights from all across Europe, USA, Middle and Far East) making it an ideal central location for companies with offices all over the world. With the lakes and mountains setting you are sure to impress all your employees during your conference or meetings weekend no matter where they fly in from. We are under an hour away from Geneva and can arrange all transfers and taxis as part of your package. It is possible to meet delegates from Annecy train station for those who prefer to take the train.
Meeting Rooms and Conference Options
Our Aravis Lodge offers an ideal base for smaller groups - we have hosted executive planning meetings for 12 people, allowing them to
spread out to take over the full space available. You can take our bar for the
main meeting room, break out into the sunny lounge or continue to enjoy
discussions in the garden or on the sun terrace if the weather is good.
For larger groups all the local hotels have meeting and conference facilities available, but if you are looking for something special we can offer a 400-person theatre with large function rooms, break out areas and a bar in the Espace Grand Bo. This purpose built conference and event venue is perfect for bigger meetings, conferences and corporate events if that is what you are looking for.

You don’t have to limit your time with us purely to meetings however - we can offer many team building games and adventure activities, as well as other extras, to enhance the social side of your corporate event.
