Team Building Weekends
Corporate team building events can be many things to many
people. We listen to what you want to achieve and put together the right mix of
team development activities to deliver that. This can often include problem
solving games, which mix people up and get them doing different things together
- ideal for inter-department cohesion. This can push team members to take on
new challenges, test themselves with new activities, overcome their fears together
and support each other in different surroundings. If you would like we can add
a competitive nature to the team building games to include challenges or
treasure hunts to get them working well with their team but against other
colleagues.
Corporate Team Building Adventure Activities
We have a great choice of adventure activities that involve working together, as well as a mix that can suit all budgets, fitness levels and time available. We often recommend half a day of problem solving, team challenges and games followed by an afternoon of adventure activities such as the high ropes course which is great for team interaction.
Another activity which is ideal for adventure team building is
rock climbing. The person on the ground holding onto the rope must help and
assist the person on the rock face. This develops interpersonal coaching, takes
away all work boundaries and builds trust within small teams. The boss is equal
to all his employees when he’s dangling from a rope or scared of heights! This
is a powerful approach to get people working and communicating with each other in different ways to in the
office environment.
Corporate Team Building Programme
We don’t take the SAS survival approach to our team build activities. Nothing is designed to upset people or cause any embarrassment but instead to help all your team members or clients to find common ground and new productive ways of relating to their colleagues. The booking of meeting rooms or indoor seminar rooms can be built into your programme to analyse and debrief the effects and results of the team building games and adventure activities if you would like.
Finally, we believe that social time is important for developing business relationships and allowing colleagues to get to know each other outside of work. That is why we build in dinner, drinks and a choice of special events into your package so you can allow your team to share some unique quality moments and bring them together as a cohesive team.
