UK Corporate Weekends in Snowdonia and the Lake District
For some great corporate adventure activities in the UK it’s
best to head to the more wild areas of England and Wales – which include
Snowdonia (North Wales) and the Lake District (Northern England), both of which
are protected National Parks and offer miles and miles of countryside and
shoreline to explore.

Snowdonia Corporate Events and Trips
Open Door Adventure is based on the edge of Snowdonia quite near the main A55 or A5 roads and easily accessible from the Midlands and the North West.
From their spacious old manor house base they offer a wide range of activities including raft building, gorge walking, climbing, mountain biking, quad biking, ropes course, caving and a huge choice of team build and adventure challenges. Dave and his team work regularly with many corporate groups to provide team training and development and can offer full leadership development, team building and training courses. These can be residential in their manor house accommodation or can be combined with other locations for activities only.

Lake District Corporate Events and Trips
Situated near Keswick in the Northern Lakes is the fabulous Keswick Climbing Wall and Activity centre. These guys have a large purpose-built climbing wall and offer expert tuition, making it a great centre to experience the fun of a team climbing day out. Best of all it’s all in the dry rather than at the mercy of the weather as it is on outdoor climbing sites! As well as the climbing they offer a range of other team building and corporate group activities including canoeing, kayaking and raft building on their local lake, Derwent Water, and also feature the local speciality of Ghyll Scrambling.
