Service and Package
As a Karibuni customer it's all about you!
Consequently we want to make sure that you have everything you need to relax, enjoy the holiday and maybe even come back for more. We pride ourselves on the exceptional service of our Karibuni team and work hard to make sure all you have to do is turn up!
Once you arrive at the airport you can switch off - we'll be there to meet your flight and transport you smoothly back to your chalet. On arrival
we'll get you a glass of wine and fit your skis in our on-site ski room. You can change your equipment at any time during your stay too - just let us know. We will serve you dinner on arrival making sure we never send you to bed hungry! On your first morning, and various subsequent mornings after that, we
offer ski hosting around the resorts to allow you to get your bearings. If you have pre-booked lessons we will ensure you meet your instructor on time
or if you would like to book lessons during your stay we will do our best to help you using our in-house instructor. In addition to this we will always
be on hand to answer any queries you may have and generally make sure you get the most from your ski or snowboard holiday.
The team will also ensure that each day's itinerary is well executed, a typical day to include:
- Breakfast with a hot option before hitting the slopes
- A minibus shuttle to the slopes to drop you in time for an early lesson, or just to get you to the lifts early
- Ski hosting on occasional days to show you around the pistes and restaurants
- Minibus shuttles back from the slopes, although the ski bus runs regularly as well
- Serving afternoon tea and discussing lesson requirements for the next day
- Booking lessons for you
- Taking you sledging, snow shoeing or on other occasional evening activities
- Serving drinks in the lodge bar
- Serving dinner with wine
- Changing any ski equipment that you may require
- Occasionally taking guests into town for a night out with a late collection
Our catered chalet package includes: transfers to and from the airport, full area lift pass, breakfast, afternoon tea and cake and 3 course dinners with wine,
as well as the facility to make tea and coffee whenever you like; mainly ensuite accommodation in twin/double or family rooms, some rooms with terrace or balcony access;
extra evening activities such as snow shoe walks, sledging or moonlight walks, the full services of your Karibuni team and all facilities in your catered chalet.
On booking we will give you the choice of including our full insurance policy and the opportunity to offset the carbon emissions of your flights through Climate Care.
The package does not include flights, ski or snowboard hire, ski or board lessons or bar drinks.
Both our catered chalets will have a night off on a Wednesday, allowing you to enjoy dinner at one of the restaurants in the village or get takeaway pizza. We can book you a table in advance if you let us know your requirements.
