stunning traditional wood chalet built in 1800 and recently totally refurbished
is set in the heart of Grand Bornand and sleeps up to 12 people in fabulous
style.
With over 200metres square floor space this is an ideal chalet for large families or groups of friends who appreciate their own space whilst holidaying with others.
A well equipped kitchen, with 4 ring electric hob and oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher and spacious cupboard area is situated down some steps from the open plan living area.
Through the kitchen to one side is Bedroom 1 and opposite is Bedroom 2. A magnificent bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi bath and sauna is just up the steps towards the living area, whilst Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 are placed along the far wall of the chalet. 4 of the 5 bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms in traditional wood cladding with top-of-the-range facilities.
There is additional sleeping bunk space for children down some steps at the front of the chalet in a hidden alcove - perfect for kids with fairytale imaginations!
The luxurious living area is spacious and comfortable with leather sofas, traditional wool rugs and a large flat screen TV with DVD dominating the middle of the room. There is also a wood burning stove, surround sound stereo and various games, books and entertainments. Outside there is plenty of private parking, a sunny terrace and a garden.
Situated just 300metres from the main shops and town square of Grand Bornand this chalet is close to all amenities, food shops, restaurants and bars as well as the market on a Wednesday morning. The regular ski bus runs from the Gare routiere just 50metres from the chalet making it extremely easy to get to and from the main village telecabine ski lift - just a 3 minute bus journey away.

The chalet is perfect for those looking to self-drive or hire a car, but its central location also means that you can fly to Geneva, we will arrange your transfers to the chalet and you are able to fully enjoy a week's skiing holiday without needing your car.
Please note that the chalet is available from 2pm onwards on Saturday afternoon, and must be vacated by 10am on the following Saturday.
