newly built apartments are ideal for friends or families, sleeping between
6 and 8 people.
Built in a traditional wooden chalet style, finished in 2006, these apartments are the height of style and convenience. South facing with large sunny terraces facing the impressive Aravis chain of mountains these apartments are light and airy all with mod-cons.
Situated just metres away from the lifts, these apartments are ideally located for the pistes as well as just a 5 minute walk away from Grand Bornand village centre with all the food shops, restaurants, bars and other amenities you may need to make your stay enjoyable.
All the apartments have well equipped kitchens with 4 ring gas cookers with ovens, microwave, fridge freezer, dish washer and plenty of crockery, pans, cutlery and glassware. Farmhouse style tables and chairs are included, and all apartments boast modern shower rooms with basin, some with baths too, washing machines and separate WC.
Each apartment has three bedrooms, equipped with twin or double beds. There is also an extra 'pull-out' or sofa bed in the lounge should you require it. The lounge area, with TV, is comfortable and spacious with access to the sunny terrace. Please see the Apartment Tour page for full details, plus photos of each room.
Access to the apartments are by stairs or elevator. There are designated garages available within the block for an extra fee or otherwise there is a free public car park just metres from the apartments.

The apartments are perfect for those looking to self-drive or hire a car, but its central location also means that you can fly to Geneva, we will arrange your transfers and you are able to fully enjoy a week's skiing holiday without needing your car.
Please note that the apartment is available from 2pm onwards on Saturday afternoon, and must be vacated by 10am on the following Saturday.
