Chilterns Activity Weekends
The position of the Chilterns makes them ideal for
multi-activity weekends away with groups of friends. The Chilterns covers quite an expansive area,
meaning there are a huge variety of activities to choose from depending on what
you want to do, where you want to stay and which areas you’d like to explore!
Multi-Activities in the Chiltern Hills
Activities in the Chilterns range from canoeing, kayaking or dragon boating on the River Thames to mountain biking the undulating chalk hills, hiking on the beautiful forest tracks or exploring the Chiltern Way. Climbing is also available at centres such as Longridge, which was given a £13million grant by the lottery to build a very impressive climbing wall incorporating a Jacob’s Ladder and a Leap of Faith.
There is also a Go Ape high ropes course at Black Park Country Park near High Wycombe – part of the 530 acres of woodland near Wendover.
Chilterns Activity Weekend Packages
Much as we love the Chilterns – we’ve spent a lot of time
here over the years – we have now moved to the French Alps where we run group
activity weekends from our mountain base.
