The Epsom Derby

Our Epsom day packages will provide a relaxing yet fun way of enjoying a special day out where you can enjoy our high level of service with a group of friends or work colleagues. With our prime location on the course the atmosphere is bound to be electric.

Friday is known as Ladies' Day and will have a great array of sylish ladies in big hats. The Vodafones Oaks, a race featuring some of the best horses in thier class will also be run on Friday. Saturday is the famous Derby day, with the prime race being the Vodafone Derby.

THE ITINERARY

Coaches will depart at 10am from Hammersmith (opposite the Tube Station). We arrive at Epsom mid- morning when we will open the bottles of bubbly and enjoy the festivities.

Our picnic site and coach park is right in the centre of the course with good views of the course and rails. The atmosphere is a real party one with lots of people, live music, food stalls and tote stands to place your bets. Whilst enjoying your bubbly you can people watch and find out which horses are best placed amongst the bookies.

Lunch will be freshly prepared using quality ingredients and will feature luxury deli-rolls and a choice of salads, plus strawberries and cream, accompanied by plenty of red or white wine and soft drinks. After lunch you can make your way to the track to enjoy the day's racing - some of the best for the summer season.

The last race is at 5:30pm after which we ask you to return to the coaches promptly so that we can depart at around 6pm for the journey back to London - arriving back around 7:30pm.
